I used to be a two Diet Coke a day drinker to keep myself awake at work, which would inevitably result in going through caffeine withdrawal on the weekends. Now I drink one of these in the morning and I'm set. I really like the pomegranate flavor. Only giving 4 stars though because it doesn't dissolve as well as the Rookie Greens.
I wasn't even anticipating trying to get off coffee or energy drinks, but I honestly feel so much better on these. I take them in the morning first thing, and then again at 2-3pm for my afternoon slump.
