Recovery for the win!

I originally purchased this product from Grove when trying to find a BCAA supplement for my husband. Now, we are both sold on it especially the watermelon lime! It definitely helps those sore, post-workout muscles and is very refreshing. I love that it isn't full of artificial sweetness or sugar!

Can’t stop talking about this.

Recovery is amazing. I would much rather have had a Diet Coke over a glass of water. I have found that I am actually drinking more water then Diet Coke since adding this to my daily routine
