INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup all-purpose or GF flour
- 2 scoops Rookie vanilla protein powder
- 1 T Stevia in the Raw
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- 1 t apple pie spice
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/8 t salt
- 1/4 cup + 2T unsweetened applesauce
- 3 T apple butter or canned pumpkin
- 2 large eggs (or replace with mashed bananas)
- 2 T coconut oil (or butter)
- 1 t pure vanilla extract
- 1 T maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre-Heat Oven at 350
- Mix dry ingredients
- Mix wet ingredients separately
- Slowly stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
- Put into nonstick donut pan
- Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
